Anil Kaul
Anil Kaul is a distinguished industry veteran with over four decades of experience across global markets. He has held senior executive roles in multinational corporations, led large-scale transformations, and served on international boards. His career includes building Oracle India from the ground up, serving as Principal Advisor to TUI AG, and driving global IT and business strategy for leading firms across Europe, the UK, and Asia. Anil is widely recognized for his integrity, strategic vision, and commitment to workforce transformation.
Current Focus: Leading GTW-Global’s initiative to bridge global talent shortages in healthcare and hospitality across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and ASEAN.
Education: London School of Economics.
Krishna Sistla
Krishna Sistla is a widely respected leader in the global skill development arena, with deep experience in workforce training, certification ecosystems, and academia-industry collaboration. Over a 20+ years career at Oracle , Krishna has led education initiatives across Asia Pacific, reaching millions of students and thousands of institutions. He has presented at international forums like MIT LINC and QS-Apple and contributed to curriculum development with UNESCO.
Current Focus: Driving scalable, globally-aligned training programs that prepare Asian professionals for international roles in healthcare and hospitality.

Johann-Adolf Cohausz
As consultant to entrepreneurs, businessmen and businesswomen, the retired State Secretary, Johann-Adolf Cohausz, offers relevant experience and valuable networks. An exceptionally broad wealth of knowledge has been gained in positions of great responsibility in multiple countries over more than 30 years of a rich professional life. He served at federal and state level in Germany. His interest was and is: the European integration process, the transatlantic relationship, and the impact of international organizations on policy making. Most importantly, as government spokesperson, he gathered rich experience in the field of media and public relations as well as in the intersection of business, politics, and administration. Dr Narinder Kumar Mehra
Dr Narinder Kumar Mehra is a globally recognized immunologist and transplant scientist, credited with pioneering transplant immunology & clinical immunogenetics in India.
As Former Dean, National Chair, Founding Head at AIIMS New Delhi, his work has enabled advances in solid organ & stem cell transplantation.
Over a distinguished career, he has authored 500+ publications, received over international & national 100 awards, & been elected Fellow of leading science academies worldwide.
He has also held leadership roles with the Indian National Science Academy, Indian Immunology Society, & International Union of Immunological Societies.
Dr Rohitha Silva
Dr Rohitha Silva brings a wealth of world class medical, commercial and technological expertise to our business.Â
He is an alumni of Ruprecht Karl Universität Heidelberg, Humboldt Universität, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Oxford University.Â
He has lived across Europe and the United Kingdom and currently resides in Sri Lanka with his wife Sarah who is also a medical doctor.
Rohitha is quadlingual in German, Dutch, English and Sinhala.
A true global citizen, he embodies the blending of cultures and disciplines.
Jim Mann
Jim Mann is a highly experienced business leader with international experience with major Blue-Chip companies in the UK and Germany , focused on enabling business change via the use of technology, and through large scale organisational change programmes.
He has also led the Procurement activity, including the successful engagement and use of technology assets in India. He led the India outsourcing and business program for TUI AG achieving great success and specific knowledge of Indian enterprises across diverse sectors.
In addition to this he has held advisory, non-executive director positions, and chaired the boards of a number of smaller companies in financial services, sport and the charity sectors, which he continues to do.
Vivek Desai
Vivek Desai is the CEO & Board Member at eligarf Technologies with over 35 years of leadership experience in the IT sector. His entrepreneurial journey has been defined by the establishment and strategic leadership of various companies.
He progressed from a management trainee to become the Director and Head of European Operations at Sonata Software. Subsequently, he founded his own successful technology business, significantly contributing to the industry’s evolution.
Passionate about preserving heritage and family ties, Vivek co-founded iMeUsWe (www.imeuswe.in ), an Indian Genealogy and Astrology Platform that helps families preserve their heritage and stories while offering premium astrology services.
